| Following the success of their previous 4 shows the Celtic Thunder show Heritage accentuates the musical culture of Ireland. The DVD features 12 new recordings including: An Irish Blessing, A Place In The Choir and Whiskey In The Jar. In March 2011 the PBS pledge featured Celtic Thunder's Heritage airing the program over 1,000 times. In the fall of 2011 Celtic Thunder Heritage was on tour. In the previous 3 years Celtic Thunder was one of the most successful PBS music programs. Just about my favorite musical group these guys are all talent. Each show features a wide variety of musical styles that appeal to all ages. From Gaelic, to 1970's favorites, to traditional, to their own works. The concerts are high energy and fun to watch, the interaction between the guys can be hilarious. All of their concerts are great, but Heritage is one of the best. Each singer is well matched to his songs, from Scottish George Donaldson singing Skye Boat Song to Ryan Kelly with Black Is The Color.
