What would happen if someone left a baby on the porch of an Amish home? That was the question that sparked my latest book, A New Love for Charlotte. You may remember Charlotte Burkhart from Loving Jenna and Romancing Nadine. Charlotte has been going through many changes both mentally and physically. Jenna, her special needs daughter has gotten married and moved out. Nadine, her mother-in-law, will be remarrying shortly, leaving Charlotte alone in the house she thought they would all live in forever. Add in the stress of menopause and Charlotte’s swimming in changes.

But Charlotte is nothing if not resourceful and she knows that she’ll have to make some changes in her life to fight the changes that are coming. That’s why she sets her sights on marrying Glenn Esh.
