While I did find it to be a slow starter the last third really picked up. I was pretty much glued to my phone for the last couple of hours as Myrtle put the odd assortment of clues and neighborhood gossip together to solve whodunit. This was a fun introduction to the series for me, it's actually the second Myrtle Clover Mystery, and I expect that I'll be listening to more cozies from Elizabeth Spann Craig. |  This Book received a 3.5 Bark rating.

As far as audiobooks go it was a decent production. The narrator was quite good, so glad they didn't pick some who sounded like a teenager, and the sound quality was excellent. So, if you love cozy mysteries and heroines who are over 60 you might enjoy this audiobook and the series.
