ISBN-13: 978-0825442384 Exciting and intense! What a story! I could barely put it down when I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. It's hard to believe that Proof is Jordyn Redwood's debut book. If I didn't know better I'd think she was already a multi-published author. I'll tell you this, she really knows how to keep her readers glued to every gripping and spine-tingling page. Jordyn Redwood has a grittier style of writing that I really liked. The villain is truly evil and you'll find yourself breathlessly turning pages desperately hoping that against all the odds he will finally be caught. Lilly is by no means perfect and she'll have to hit rock bottom before she can hope to find even a measure of peace. There is also a surprising spiritual element that only added to the suspense. Another aspect of the book that I really liked is the medical accuracy that the author, a nurse of 20 years, brought to the story. There is an area of DNA testing and research that was like, wow. I'm new to the medical thriller genre, this is my first, but I know I'll definitely be back for the rest of this series. |  This Book received a 4.5 Bark rating
