I'll admit that as good as Malice was I felt that it did fall short of the first Jo McDaniels book. However, that being said, it is a really good romantic suspense novel and Anne Patrick really ratchets up the tension like you wouldn't believe as piece by piece the truth comes out. I loved that the heroine was married in this book which is a bit unusual for a romantic suspense. This, of course, brings it's own layers of pressure and drama to the case.
As I mentioned up above I did listen to the audiobook of this title. And, as expected I enjoyed the narrator, she is one of my favorites, and the production quality was quite good. No complaints, just a really good and enjoyable listening experience...
