-From the back cover-
Will they shatter the boundaries
of time and space?
Lena Fennan is a low-level financial analyst with a high-powered conviction. Just as she's on the verge of a life-transforming windfall, a mysterious invitation draws her into a series of events that threaten to crush her. But captivated by a glimpse into a breathtaking future, Lena refuses to give in.
Reese Clawson emerges from prison gripped by the slow burn of revenge. She aims to track down everyone who had a hand in destroying her – and take them out. First on the list is Charlie Hazard, who will be snared by their shared secret.
As events and places become tangled, Lena and Reese are pulled into a collision course that could redefine everything – even the limits of human possibilities.
Ascend to a new level of danger...
Techno-Thriller is pretty much a new genre for me with the Fault Lines series being my first foray. I saw the first book described mind-bending, which was totally true, but Flash Point is even more so. Thomas Locke really amps it up, the danger, the drama, everything. Exciting and thrilling are really too tame in describing the pages of Flash Point.
This Book received a 4 Bark rating
There is some techno and finance stuff that went over my head but I think those things are actually what will cause this book to appeal to male and female readers alike. There is a lot of non-stop action punctuated with romance, and even some humor, that kept me breathlessly turning pages eager to find out what might happen next.
Thomas Locke has outdone himself yet again with Flash Point and I anxiously await what he might have for us next in this fast-paced and gritty series.
Tell Tale Book Reviews gives Flash Point by Thomas Locke a 4 Bark rating.
