If this book wasn't by Terri Reed, one of my favorite Love Inspired Suspense authors, I would have wanted to read Alaskan Rescue anyway, because it has sled dogs, and it's set in Alaska, and did I mention it has sled dogs? This book is the first in the Alaska K-9 Unit continuity series, and, if the rest of the series is as good as this one it will be a real humdinger. I was so caught up in the drama and action from the very first chapter I almost didn't notice how fast I was turning the pages. I just had to know if my guesses about who was perpetrating the attacks on Ariel and Hunter were correct. |  This Book received a 4.5 Bark rating.

Alaskan Rescue was a great read, living up to the genre in every way. I loved the dogs in the story probably even more than the suspense and romance, though they were excellent as well. Terri Reed is a top notch Love Inspired Suspense author and I can wholeheartedly recommend any of her books, particularly this one...
