A Crossing Novel book 4
by Carrie Daws
Crossing's Redemption -From the back cover- Many in Crossing, Oregon, would describe long-time resident Patricia Guire as an eclectic force to be reckoned with, one who speaks her mind. Yet something is changing. She seems to be dropping out of her normal activities, becoming scarce around town and less available to her friends. Amber Yager feels called to check on Patricia. Yet as she spends time with her and discovers Patricia's hidden past, she is drawn into a group that brings disquiet to her own soul, ripping open old wounds. Will the love she's found in Crossing be taken from her? Or could both Amer and Patricia finally find peace s God shines light into the darkest places of their hearts? Once again I started a Crossing's book by Carrie Daws, once again I was unable to put it down, and finished it in short order. Returning to Crossing, Oregon, we get to check in with old friends and find out more about some of them. This book focuses on Amber, from Crossing Values, and her continued healing from events in her past. It also focuses on, Patricia, a 75 year old woman with secrets and a need for healing of her own. Despite their difference in age can these two women help each other on the road to healing? Will sudden and shocking events derail all they've worked toward? Like its predecessors, Crossing's Redemption features Christians facing real-life trials and hurts. Characters learn to face their pasts so that God can take them into the hopeful futures He has planned for them. | This Book earned a 4 Bark rating. Visit Carrie's Website HERE |
