There were so many switches on switches that I was kept guessing and enjoying every minute of trying to sort who was who and what they'd done. Seriously, the series title, Extreme Measures, is the perfect fit for this book! In the past some of Lynette Eason's series have been hit or miss for me, but, after reading this first book I can say that Extreme Measures is definitely in the 'hit' category. Life Flight landed on all the high points of romantic suspense and kept the danger and intrigue pounding right up until the very end. |  This Book received a 4 Bark rating.

One of my favorite part of this book was the female pilot angle, which is something you don't see all that often in fiction. I always enjoy reading stories where one or both the hero and heroine have a different or interesting career. EMS helicopter pilot was a great choice on Lynette Eason's part. I also particularly liked how Penny and Holt seem to take turns saving each other's lives. They are both pretty capable of defending themselves and kicking some bad guy backside when the need arises, which is actually quite often.
Whether you are a Lynette Eason fan or just love Christian romantic suspense Life Flight is one book to add to your TBR stack, shelf, pile, room, whatever you happen to have. It was a great start to the Extreme Measures series, a series, I might add, that promises to make for some good reading...
