Turns out Secrets Left Behind was every bit as good as the first book and it is easily in my top ten list of books from that imprint read this year! One of the best parts of reading a Love Inspired Suspense novel is trying to solve the mystery/crime(s). Sometimes I figure things out early on and sometimes I'm surprised at the end, with Secrets Left Behind it was a little of both. Shannon Redmon did a wonderful job as she connected the seemingly disparate threads of drug running, a possible murder cover-up, kidnapping, and betrayal, weaving them into a gritty fast-paced 220+ page tale that was impossible to put down. |  This Book received a 4.5 Bark rating.

Quite obviously I really enjoyed Secrets Left Behind and it was a real page-turner that kept me intrigued from start to finish. Needless to say, I feel that Shannon Redmon is an author to watch and I will be most anxiously anticipating reading more from her in the future...
