Through the plight of one little girl and the relentless search of her mother, author Liz Tolsma brings the shocking tragedy to life. Liz Tolsma is a relatively new-to-me author, this is only the second book that I've read, but I am very impressed with her heart-wrenching writing style that shows the darkness of human actions in history while still pointing to the Ultimate Hope. |  This Book received a 5 Bark rating.

Rich in historical detail and entertaining, The Pink Bonnet is not only my favorite book in the True Colors series, but, it is also one of my favorites so far for this year. This is one book I would definitely recommend to historical fiction fans and true crime fans, trust me, this book has them both...
