I have read quite a few historical fiction books over the last few years and I have to say that Jen Turano's style of writing is like a breath of air. It's fresh, it's funny, and yet it stays true to the best in Christian historical fiction. I started reading this series with book 2, A Most Peculiar Circumstance, and each lively story is eagerly anticipated and thoroughly enjoyed. |  . . This Book earned a 4.5 Bark rating.
