#1. Tell us a little about yourself, your family, friends.

Well, I don’t really have many friends. That’s kind of embarrassing to admit, but I’m a triplet. My oldest brother, William, died when we were born, but Reid and I are closest friends. He knows everything about me. My dad has a woodshed and my mother, well, she’s definitely unique.

#2. What is the ONE thing you
       just CAN'T do without?

Socks! I always ask for new wool socks for Christmas. They’re thick and warm and can make any place feel like home when you’re wearing them.

#3. What do you most fear?

This probably sounds silly but…I’m afraid of the Wall. I don’t know why, maybe because I’m not sure if it’s there to protect us or keep us trapped. I don’t like thinking of people being sent through it as a death sentence. What’s over there anyway? Part of me wants to know. 

#4. What is your greatest strength and your greatest flaw?

I think you’d need to ask Reid. He is the best at seeing the positive sides of me. But, since you asked…I have a really great memory. That’s my greatest strength. Mother would say my flaw is my impulsive nature. 

#5. If you could change one thing in your life,
      past or present, what would it be?

I wish I’d figured out my purpose in life. See, I die in a year. At least, that’s what my Clock says. And I don’t feel like I’ve done anything meaningful yet. *sigh*

#6. What do you hope that people will learn from your story?

Not to waste their lives. Though Reid says that I can still do something great in my last year. I’ll be meeting with my Mentor to talk about it. Life demands pursuit…and I didn’t realize that until it’s almost over.

#7. What comes next for you and where
      do you see yourself in the future?

*laughs* Well, I don’t really have a future. At least, I don’t think so. Only 365 days left. That’s not long. I’m hoping to do something meaningful before I die. That’s about as far as my dreaming goes. I’d like to be able to save the lives of SOME Radicals before I’m gone. 

Bonus. What one piece of advice would you like to give readers?

Nadine here: I’d tell readers to let books change you. Let them grow you and affect you. Even though they’re “entertainment”, God can use every single one to push you to be a more passionate person. Keep pursuing shalom and bringing it to this world.
