DAVID will tell a story that is authentic to scripture, and yet also a wildly adventurous and entertaining epic movie to appeal to every culture! My Thoughts
I'm finding a new appreciation for animation and animated movies as an adult that I never really had as a child. And, after watching the demo video I can tell you that it's films like David that are changing my mind. I was totally caught up in the humor and drama from the demo video and when it ended I had a bit of a "Hey!" moment going on. I just wanted it to keep going so I could see what would happen next!
The idea of turning the story of David into an animated film of this magnitude is genius! David is arguably one of the best known people in the Bible and his many songs in the book of Psalms have inspired, comforted, and blessed people for millennia. With all of the attention on Moses and Noah out there it's more than about time that the Man After God's Own Heart will finally get some quality screen time.
I was completely impressed by the demo for David and I am seriously looking forward to WHEN, and not IF, this film is finished and releases to the public on the big screen!
