Christmas got a little busier for me than expected this year, too many things kind of all landed at once. I was in need of a little break from it all and there was Always Kiss At Christmas just sitting there on my e-reader. I kept hearing this little whisper....it's a Regina Scott story and you love her Regency stories...this is the next book in the Fortune's Brides series...and it is a Christmas story at Christmastime... And for once, I wisely listened.

This little novella was exactly what I needed. An entertaining and amusing story, short enough to slip between all those batches of fudge and hard candies, and I finally, finally got to see where it all began between Miss Thorn and Julian Mayes....You know that incident under the kissing bough that was referred to a few times, yep, it's there too!

Always Kiss At Christmas was a delightful little holiday reading interlude. The Fortune's Brides series has come full circle in a charming way that only Regina Scott could do. If you've enjoyed the rest of the series don't miss out on this little Christmas novella...
