Mourning Express is the epitome of a sweet cozy mystery. It's well written, very fun, a little quirky, poignant at times, and has just the right dash of romance to flavor up the murder and mayhem. What else could you ask for in a cozy mystery?
I really enjoyed new-to-me author K.M. Waller's charming writing style and delightful characters. Both of these pulling the reader very effectively into the story and getting you to put your own amateur sleuth hat on to try and solve the mystery alongside Rosie and the others.
If you are as much of a fan of The Funeral Fakers series I am, seriously, series titles don't get any better than this, Mourning Express, K.M. Waller's addition to said series will be sure to charm your socks off just as it did me.
